Channel discussion moderation
Moderate Telegram channel comments in the linked discussion group
Channel comments are messages in a linked discussion group. Add Wardy there—not to the broadcast channel—to apply supported filters and review comment incidents.

Telegram discussion groups documentationTelegram forwards channel posts into the linked discussion group. Comments are replies in that group, so this is where Wardy must be added.
- Telegram channel
- Linked discussion group
- Comment thread
- Wardy moderation
Connect the correct chat
- Link a discussion group to the channel in Telegram
- Add Wardy to the linked discussion group as an administrator
- The Telegram owner activates the discussion group with /activate

What Wardy moderates
- Comments and messages in the linked discussion group
- Links, media, words, forwards, edits and flood according to enabled settings
- Incidents created from comment moderation activity
What it does not moderate
CAPTCHA is designed for ordinary group joins. People can comment without joining the discussion group, so TG Warden does not present CAPTCHA as protection for channel comments.
- Broadcast posts in the channel itself
- Content outside the linked discussion group
- New-member CAPTCHA in channel-discussion mode
